Crock Pot Mac and Cheese
This recipe was another Imgue find. It was good and nice to come home to a completed meal (added some pepperoni slices, cooked in my crock pot on "keep warm" for about 8 hours because the low option is still too damn hot), but it was kind of bland. I need to add something to it for the leftovers.
But a word of advice: cube up your cream cheese first. Don't just dump the block in the crock. It will melt and mix better that way. I actually did cube mine and was happy with how it turned out.
Plus, if you're going to make mac and cheese, bake that shit! It needs to come out of the oven instead of out of a crock pot.
