Five Minute Stir Fry Noodles/54 Recipes Down
I figured this would be a sure-fire lunch for us, because Shane ate a lot of Ramen as a college student. In fact, he couldn't wait for me to make this for us today, so much so that he was cooking with me today. Like the other recent recipes, this one also comes from Just a Bunch of Recipes.
I'm not a Ramen fan at all, but because it's a food (not an alcohol) recipe, I had to make it. I don't like the broth Ramen makes, and if I make it, I typically drain it and eat just the noodles. This recipe actually calls for that.
I had hoped the noodles would have been a little on the crispy side, because of frying them, if even only for 30 seconds. However, I think they turned out a little mushy.
Shane, however, thought they were great and he loved this recipe. I think I'll be making this again for him.
